Patty McCormack

Tomboy Patty McCormack began her career as a model. At age 7, she received her first acting role in a TV episode of the Kraft Theatre. She appeared on stage in The Bad Seed, and is perhaps best remembered for her starring role in the movie of the same name. She was nominated for an Academy Award for her role in The Bad Seed, and received the Milky Way Gold Star Award as the nation's most outstanding juvenile performer of 1956.
